TENDER NOTICE

The Association of Microfinance Institutions in Rwanda (AMIR) invites Individual Consultants to submit proposals for a consultancy on “Measuring the performance of Microfinance Institutions and SACCOs under Kataza Program.”

Detailed Terms of Reference (ToRs) may be obtained from the AMIR Secretariat during working days and hours, or by requesting them via email to info@amir.org.rw, starting 26th February 2026. The ToRs will be provided upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Twenty Thousand Rwandan Francs (RWF 20,000) to the AMIR account at Bank of Kigali:
